The photo today is one i took Backstage at Andy & Debb show of the lovely Ruby-Jean Wilson.
It's really funny how it turned into a self portrait!
Just so happen, when i took the picture, I lined up perfectly in the make-up mirror.
Looks so trippy, like it was two picture merged together.
So funny! Well, i hope you like the picture. :)

Grace Hollows Backstage at Andy & Debb

How's it going so far?
Thought i would post this picture i took this last season backstage at Andy & Debb's Spring 2011 Presentation.
The Photo is the lovely New Zealand model, Grace Hollows.
Grace had a really lovely presence at all the shows i saw her at.
She has great experssions.
If you don't remember, i painted her a few months ago from the picture i took at Rachel Antonoff Spring 2011 Presentation.
I really love the perspective of this picture.
I'm looking forward to painting it in the near future! :)

The Profile of Natasha Belobrovik

Well, like i said a few weeks back, i'm going to start to post all the photo's i took at last Fashion Week.
This picture is of one of my Favorite girls of Andy and Debb Spring 2011 Presentation.
Her name is Natasha Belobrovik.
I really like this picture because of how the shadow is cast across her face.
It has a really calm feel to it,
which is kinda ironic cause it was taken at the peak of crazi-ness backstage.
Also, she has such an amazing profile. huh?

The Arrangements of Andy & Debb spring 2011

Happy Belated Christmas!
Sorry for lack of posts! i think my mind goes into vacation mode this time of year.
Did you all have a good holiday?
This year was one of the best Christmas' ever!
My mom surprised all of us with a gift that was the best ever!
She secretly found a company that could convert old tapes to DVD,
so she got all our home movies from when i was born up to when i was 5 years old on DVD!
You don't know how much fun it was sitting with my family watching those videos.
I really hadn't seen the videos before, it brought back so many memories...
So watch out! i think I'm going to make some short films & incorporate the old footage into them ;)


So the Photo today is from Andy & Debb Spring 2011.

This was the first full show that my brother David and I both had cameras to take pictures at.
We bought his camera a day earlier so, needless to say, we have a lot of pictures here!
There were alot of elements I loved about this show.
The color and the garment structure, but also I loved the arrangement of the models at the presentation.
I had a lot of fun walking around and playing around with the composition.
I especially love Ksenia Malanova's expression (the girl on the left hand side)

P.S. Also, I have been having trouble keeping up on Formspring, emails, etc. so what i thought could help is if my brother (who helps me alot) & i did a video question and answer. Andy + Debb Spring 2011

Good Morning!
Well my painting today is the second one i did for Sundance Channel's Full frontal Fashion,
and it's from Andy & Debb Spring 2011 from NYFW.
This was a Show I was Fortunate enough to get to take pictures back stage and during the show (which i will post soon i promise :)
And the Lovely Girl wearing the dress is a girl named Rashelle Osbourne of Trump Models.
She really stood out to me at the show,
and seemed really nice and had a great smile.
All and all i really loved the collection the cuts were great and the color pallet of the show was perfect.
It was up there as one of the best shows I attended this last Fashion Week.
Welp, off to paint some more!

P.S. Sorry for lack of comments back and posts lately I've been buried with work, but I'm hoping to slowing things down so I can have more time to respond back and all. Just wanted to let yawl know i Read everything and i really appreciate all your kind words :)
